These SMS Terms and Conditions govern text messages sent by or on behalf of LC Designs & Engineering, referred to in these terms as “LC Designs,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”

By opting in to receive text messages from LC Designs & Engineering, you agree to receive conversational and informational SMS or MMS messages related to your inquiry, project, or business relationship with us.

• Appointment and site-visit scheduling
• Appointment confirmations, reminders, or changes
• Project status and drawing-status updates
• Requests for project documents or additional information
• Plan-review and engineering coordination

• Other information directly related to services you requested from LC Designs & Engineering

Our SMS program is primarily intended for customer care, project coordination, and informational communications. Marketing or promotional messages will only be sent when separate consent has been obtained, when required.

After you send STOP, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, we will no longer send SMS messages to that telephone number unless you provide new consent or reply with a recognized opt-in keyword such as START.
